Nancy has managed a successful family law practice since 1986.

Trained in mediation and collaborative law Nancy is committed to provide representation for separating spouses in a manner that will be cost effective and respectful of all participants.

Since taking a course in law school on Children and the Law, Nancy has had a strong interest in how the law and its various processes affect children and families.

Nancy has acted as a family advocate and she represents the Ministry of Children and Family Development in numerous child protection cases.

Nancy is a member of the Vancouver Collaborative Separation and Divorce Group. And also the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
